From west of Jasper on the train
from Vancouver, and once we boarded the SKEENA
for Prince George and Prince Rupert, the mountain views
just kept popping. We lucked out
on the weather too.

It might seem that one would tire
of majestic snow-capped mountains
but we never did.

There were other things to look at:
farmlands, villages, sawmills. And the German tourists on the
segment to Prince George kept us very entertained
searching avidly with binoculars and periodically exclaiming BAER
...with everyone lurching over to one side
of the train or the other.
The SKEENA first class dome car was fabulous!
